A new gourmet burger joint has opened in Princeton. ’30 Burgers’ has arrived, bringing a wealth of burger choices to the space next to Labyrinth Books at 124-128 Nassau Street.According to the website, the concept is simple:
“7oz certified Angus beef burgers dressed with innovative and tantalizing toppings, condiments, sauces, and anything else that tastes good on a burger!”
You can find a full menu here. The store is part of a New Jersey mini-chain that originated in 2009 in Bound Brook. Back then, it was ’25 Burgers’, but they decided that this was overly restrictive on the burger options, hence there are 30 burgers on the current menu. These burgers can be further customized, and for those who don’t like burgers, there are sandwiches and vegetarian options.

30 Burgers also has a small patio seating area, which means that Princeton has added two new sidewalk eateries in one week (Teresa Cafe also opened an outdoor patio). Whether you like burgers or not, this looks like an interesting new option for the Princeton casual dining scene. It could be popular with students.

Burgers are yummy! The onion rings and mozerella sticks are to die for!
This is an awesome addition to the Princeton eateries list! Usually it is hard for a vegetarian like us to find options at a pure burger joint… usually my husband and I have “the one” veggie burger to pick and we land up getting the same thing… but here, they have a variety of options for vegetarians that are absolutely delish!!!! I had the Athens Veggie burger and my husband had the Black Bean burger… Both had distinct unique flavors instead of tasking like run-of-the-mill….Apart from this, they also have a Panini option and Salads as well… definitely a world of choices to pick from. Go give this place a try Veggie lovers, you won’t regret it!… Also has a huge selection for the non veggies as well… You can tell from the crowds that this place has good burgers… Tip: try the seasoned spicy fries! YUMMMMMMMM….The seating on the sidewalk is a nice touch… perfect spot to people watch in downtown Princeton! Waiting for another nice “date evening” with hubby to go here again and hang out …..
Great addition to Nassau Street… Going to be a huge hit once Princeton University is back in session. Incredible food and great atmosphere!
By far the best burgers that I have ever ate!!! All the food is awesome! Wish there was a location closer to my home!
Oh boy! I can’t wait to come home to NJ and try this place out! I just don’t know if I’ll be able to ride my bike back home to North Brunswick afterwards! 😉 I’ll likely have to settle for the train.
