1 Response to Princeton North: Where Convenience Meets Walkable Living

  1. Betty Wolfe says:

I’m not at all sure that Walkable Princeton readers deserve puffery from the real estate industry. ”Princeton North”? Just gag me with a spoon! We chose this neighborhood with the idea of belonging to the entire Princeton community, having supportive neighbors, and assuring our proximity to schools, the public library, doctors, post office, supermarkets and hardware stores, gas station/car repair, dry cleaners, banks, etc. These are all services that homeowners, working parents, and independent children require. We continue to benefit from our location as retirees…but only because of the stores in Princeton Shopping Center. ”Downtown Princeton ” caters admirably to tourists, University visitors, pied a terre owners, and residents who shop on line and outsource their food and beverage preparation. It holds far less relevance on a daily basis for community members, particularly those who shop local. Realtors take note!
